H2iBV with the new MABI Bingo 4E EVO

The increase in activity prompted Hogerheide to look for a faster cutting machine. “Our previous one, also a MABI, did very well for eight years. But we have to stay ahead of the market.” Hogerheide chose workhorse MABI Bingo 4E EVO. The MABI Bingo 4E EVO is a universal cutting machine for sheet metal that is used in insulation and air ducts. The machine processes various materials, including stainless steel (0.5-0.8 mm thick), aluminium and zinc (0.5- 1.0 mm thick). All this with a sheet width of 914 mm to 1250 mm and a minimum sheet length of 270 mm. Key features include two cutting systems (a MABI patent), the ability to work directly from coils, conical punching for straight sheets and punching for various shapes, including those for air duct insulation. It also includes software for order processing, automatic plate optimisation and options for importing DXF files. The accompanying software was developed by MABI from decades of customer experience in the insulation industry.
