Van Meggelen chose an all-rounder at a great price: the MABI Bingo 16-Z Classic. The Swiss manufacturer sells the Bingo 16-Z Classic as a budget-friendly option for small to medium-sized companies. Its compactness allows it to be placed in a variety of workshops. But when it comes to its specifications, the Bingo 16-Z Classic is anything but modest. The machine features a quick-lift punching unit for standard tubes. Conical punching (straight sheets and tubes) for staggered punches is also an option. The machine cuts aluminium and zinc plates from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm thick. In addition, the MABI 5A/ MABI 5C can be operated directly from small or large coils. The machine produces two assembly-ready tubes per minute. Needless to say, automatic optimisation ensures the highest efficiency.
