Cutting line for straightening, cutting, punching and cross swaging of straight sheets
The multifunctional cutting-to-length system from MABI
- Punching (quick stroke) for straight cuts
- Straight cuts (min. sheet length 230 mm), min. Diameter of cut 70 mm
- Sheet width 914 mm - 1250 mm
- Working from coil (small coil and large coil)
- Coil drive in conjunction with MABI 6C
- Low space requirement
- Sheet change within a very short time, as the machine can be moved sideways
- Library: programs can be operated up at the touch of a button
- Up to 5 cuts per minute, perforated and beaded on both sides
- Perforation (hole pattern and hole spacing freely programmable
- Cross beading (longitudinal beading) at the start or end of the sheet or on both sides
- Automatic infeed of the cross beading
- Overlap 10/10 fixed, 15/15 fixed, 25/25 fixed (other overlaps possible on request)
- Cutting of Inox (V2A): min. 0.5 mm to max. 0.8 mm sheet thickness
- Cutting of aluminium, galvanized sheet: min. 0.5 mm to max. 1.0 mm sheet thicknesss
